Refund
Refunds are not allowed unless explicitly stated in the sales quotation or invoice. Verde Light may offer a refund on a case-by-case basis with a 10% administrative fee and a 3% credit card fee (if applicable).
Verde Light may allow refunds at their discretion, applying a non-negotiable administrative fee and other applicable charges.
In cases of damaged goods, if Verde Light cannot repair or replace the item, a refund may be provided as a solution.
Return
Goods must be inspected upon receipt, and Verde Light must be notified within 3 days if they are damaged. Verde Light may repair, replace, or refund the item.
All “showroom display pieces” and “special offer/sale” items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. They must be inspected before purchase and cannot be returned.
Goods cannot be returned or delivery deferred without written consent from Verde Light. If return is accepted, customers must cover any associated losses or costs.
If you are unable to accept delivery, Verde Light may store the goods at your expense or cancel the contract. Return isn’t allowed unless Verde Light consents.
Additional Conditions Affecting Returns and Refunds
Ownership of the goods transfers to the customer only after full payment is made. Until then, Verde Light retains ownership, and no returns or refunds can be processed until full payment is received.
Any refunds, if granted, will be issued based on the original payment method. All payments are to be made in Singapore Dollars, and any applicable taxes will not be refunded.
Verde Light is not liable for any damages or injuries caused by the goods’ materials, design, or installation. Returns or refunds cannot be claimed for issues arising from the installation or use of the goods unless specifically stated.
